Colour: Intense and bright purple violet red. Nose: Very clean, sharp red fruit (red and black cherries, plums) with a sophisticated touch of sweet spices from the light touch of oak. Mouth: Juicy soft tannins evolve towards a fresh and pleasant natural acidity in the mid palate. The finish is long with more fruit highlighted by mocha and vanilla nuances. Service and Food Pairing: Serve at 16C. Ideal companion for white meat, pasta and vegetables.
