Chardonnay is a vine with a great capacity for adaptation. In Sicily it has succeeded in expressing all the power of the sun and the scent of citrus fruit and blossoms. Refined in small oak casks, it is at its fullest the year after the vintage and it maintains all its agreeableness for many summers.
It has very ample aromas of apricot fruit, vanilla and lemon cream, and manages to successfully combine fullness and freshness in its flavours
